Dear MUN Advisor,

            Edison High School will be holding its annual EHSMUN Frosh Conference on January 16th, 2010. There is a $20 delegate fee and no school fee required. We will begin our conference at 9:00am. and will end at 4:00pm.; this schedule will include lunch at 12:00pm. and the start of the awards ceremony at 3:15pm. We are requesting position papers be submitted to our school by January 11th, 2009. They are to be emailed to their chairpersons. Email addresses will be provided. We plan on having 12 committees in our conference, which will include a Security Council committee. All the committees will be single delegate assignments with the exception of the Security Council. Each committee will have only one topic assigned to them yet the Security Council will be “open agenda” with a few suggested topics. We would like to remind everyone that this is a conference intended solely for novice delegates most of whom will be freshmen. We hope to hear from you soon and would like to thank you for your participation.
